Women Behind Bars host free web pages for ladies in prison. These female prisoners are looking for love, marriage, penpals, and a good solid relationship with men and women in the free world. Since 2/97 Women Behind Bars has had a mission to bring men and women together providing them with an opportunity to enhance their lives. Women Behind Bars was the first female prison pen pal program and has had over 38 marriages and a lot of loving relationships have been formed in the last 3 years.
